Be Sure To Chalk The Cue

This video shows the proper way to chalk the cue tip. As demonstrated, it is not necessary to grind the chalk into the cue tip. A light pass or two will suffice.

The cue tip should be roughened up occasionally. This rough surface allows the tip to hold on to more chalk, so the hit on the cue ball is the best possible.
