Select A Cue Stick That Feels Good To You

This video gives a short explanation of selecting the proper cue stick. It basically says to find a stick in your price range that feels good in your hands. Use that stick for a while until your skill level improves and you wish to move up to something fancier.

This pool shooter says the average pool cue runs from 19 to 21 ounces. I have personally seen 17 and 18 ounce sticks as well.
